Strong together! Mounting Solutions becomes part of the ALUMERO Group.
The ALUMERO Group, one of the leading European manufacturers of PV mounting systems (turnover in 2023 of over €200 million), acquires majority shares of Mounting Solutions PV Systems GmbH, which specializes in the development and sale of PV substructures for high wind and snow loads.
“With this symbiosis, we are driving forward the growth of both companies and strengthening our market positioning,” says CEO of ALUMERO Group KommR Manfred Rosenstatter.
“Our long-standing collaboration is now reaching a new level, which allows us to combine the strengths of both companies and make optimal use of synergies,” explains Reinhard Bolter, CEO of Mounting Solutions GmbH.
The positive economies of scale further increase the competitiveness of the ALUMERO Group and is therefore an even more reliable and stronger partner.
With the combined broad product portfolio, such as diverse flat roof solutions (ironing, panel and rail systems), the group of companies will be able to offer its customers and partners even more benefits in the future, which will be accompanied by an attractive sales partner model.
